Does anyone like Strike Anywhere?

Is it that people like the band or that they want to support Floyd and his shenanigans?

Those are the kinds of answers I would have assumed I'd get.

Well, right now I'd have to say that besides Strike Anywhere, my two favorite bands would be Ignite and Rise Against...Aside from them, I like a lot of older hardcore...Sick Of It All, Burn/Orange 9mm, 108, Threadbare, etc...I grew up loving Bad Religion, The Misfits/Danzig, etc...I don't get into metal too much, but I have a thing for Pantera. I also get into some British rock like Radiohead, The Verve/Richard Ashcroft, and The Cure. As far as "pop punk" goes, I only really get into Alkaline Trio, The Get Up Kids (Something To Write Home About), Samiam, Saves The Day, and stuff like that. I like some hip hop, but not a whole lot.
I do not listen to the radio at all, so I know nothing about "new" music what so ever.
Bro, you should listen to my radio show. http://punkcdsampler.com/live-show.html
Not sure when the next show is gonna be, though.

I hate strike anywhere. Really, they're the most fucked up band ever. They're lyrics are lame, Thomas is lame, their music is lame. Lame and fucked up!

Seriously, I love these guys. They're my second favorite band at this time, a close second to Rise Against. Was kinda disappointed in RA's last show, so after the upcoming SA show they might switch places haha
Thom - So what's the vibe like, in this room of power?
Garth - It's uuuuh positive, Thom, it's very positive
Thom - I sense that there's gonna be some tracking... some bass-tracking.
Garth - You sense that? You're a prophet, Thom

Wore my SA sweatshirt on Thursday and my kinda-friend went "Oh shit, you like Strike Anywhere? I love those guys!"

There were only like 2 good bands in his iPod, though.

Wore my SA sweatshirt on friday and my kinda-friend went ''Oh shit, you like Strike Anywhere? I LOVE PUNK!''

Spend the next godknowshowlong explaining to him how Strike Anywhere does not fit into the same category as Green Day
