Everyone started back to school, so the people that are members here and TPU have gone back to just posting on TPU, and the people here that are also members of Matt's forum have gone back to just posting on Matt's forum. I will go bother everyone at the other two forums so they will come back here.

frankly, I have just been more interested in my radio shows that the forum lately, they are just a lot more fun.

if Thomas showed up right now, and became an active member of the forum, the entire internet would come flocking here and overload the server.

fix'd. Also, yeah I have school.
-
Oh, Matt, do you ever think of anything other than what's in my pants?
-
There is nothing else.

Just had my pc crash, and then my laptop too. Also just got dumped a few days ago, so I'm not really in the mood to do pretty much anything. I'll try to be more active though
-
I can be on the internet again, but still have to fix my main computer.
And meh, I'm doing alright I guess. I kinda saw it coming, though I didn't expect her to actually 'not love me' anymore.

I know of a website run by a highly knowledgeable computer nerd who would be glad to help.

My computer screen flashes in different colors from time to time. It happens more often if it has to work harder, or actually it seems like he does it more when he has to switch from demanding stuff to easy stuff and the other way around. If it happens to often, the screen will go black and then get back with the message ''Driver has stopped responding and has recovered''. Games like Final Fantasy VII and vids on youtube then stop displaying an image (FFVII stays all white, Youtube stays all green).
All of them pointing to my GPU being a failure. But I took it to the store numerous times, also hooked it up into other computers but there it seems to work like a charm. So I'm guessing it's my mobo. Seeing how some pins that connect to the CPU are broken and how the lock on the PCIe slot is also broken... So probably just have to buy a new one.
Any thoughts, chickenfarmer I MEAN Floyd?
-
it could be the video card, unless it is one of those new computers with the video card built into the motherboard.
-
I don't think it's the videocard, despite that being the obvious possibility. I don't get how it works in other mobos, so it almost has to be my mobo.
And no, it's not an integrated GPU. It's an ATI RADEON HD 5770. All some state-of-the-art shit, but I don't trust integrated chips and I love putting my own pc's together, hehe
