Sorry to revive such an old topic, but I can't get Progman to work in Windows7 Ultimate x64.
It just throws errors.

Do you have a zip file or something you can send me with working progman and necessary files?

I'd love to use this to play some tricks on some of my friends who still remember Win3.1
